Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
